Robert Hayden Legal Experience Robert Hayden is a patent attorney specializing in patent opinions, strategic planning, patent application drafting, and patent prosecution. Mr. Hayden has prepared and successfully prosecuted numerous patent applications relating to a wide range of technologies including semiconductor manufacturing, disk drive manufacturing, nanotechnology, LED packaging, electrical circuits, consumer electronics, laser systems, software, child safety seats, and organic waste processing. Mr. Hayden practiced most recently with Carr & Ferrell, LLP. Representative Experience Prior to his law career, Mr. Hayden enjoyed an extensive technical career working as a scientist for medical device start-up Norian Corporation, disk drive innovator Censtor, and a contract testing laboratory, Charles Evans & Associates. In his various roles, Mr. Hayden performed research and analysis on medical devices, disk drive components, integrated circuits, and electronic and mechanical devices using such techniques as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). |
